Pul VI played an incredible first half against Montverde, a team who simply doesn’t lose. Josiah Freeman went bonkers scoring 20 first half points for PVI and holding Montverde as a team to 20 first half points. PVI drew four first quarter charges and the atmosphere at DeMatha was incredible. Montverde pulled away in the second half but PVI showed incredible grit. Harlond Beverly took home MVP honors.
