Marc is CEO and President of Capitol Hoops.  Marc has been a big fan of HS basketball in the DMV area since his high school days in the late 90’s when he attended Bethesda Chevy Chase High School, in Montgomery County, MD.  Marc was a frequent attender of DMV Hoops games growing up. Marc graduated from Syracuse University in 2003 with a degree in marketing.  After college Marc worked in the sales department for the Washington Wizards when he started to become re-aquainted with the HS basketball scene in the DMV. In 2010 Marc took over Capitol Hoops and currently oversees the entire operation.

Andrew is in his 4th year with Capitol Hoops as a videographer and web administrator for capitolhoops.com and capitolhoopssummerleague.com.  Andrew is a former BCC High School and University of Maryland student with a passion for sports and technology.  Andrew is also the JV Baseball Coach at BCC High School.

Anthony is in his third year with Capitol Hoops as a videographer and manager.  Anthony is a graduate of Georgetown Prep and Syracuse University and has a strong passion for DMV Hoops through his own playing career at Prep.  Anthony helped run the 2021 Capitol Hoops Summer league.  Anthony also works for Team 980 Radio.

Billy is currently a freshman at USciences in Philadelphia.  During the summer, Billy serves as a lead videographer at the Capitol Hoops Summer League.

Max is currently a Senior at Blair High School and began working with Capitol Hoops at the 2019 Capitol Hoops Summer League at DeMatha.  Max helps run both the Capitol Hoops IG and Twitter pages.
