Marc Stern is the president of Capitol Hoops who oversees all operations. Marc has been a big fan of HS basketball in the DMV area since his high school days in the late 90’s when he attended Bethesda Chevy Chase High School, in Montgomery County, MD. Marc was a frequent attender of DMV Hoops games growing up. Marc graduated from Syracuse University in 2003 with a degree in marketing. Marc took over the helm at Capitol Hoops from Founder Tim Chilastri in 20010. Since Marc took over, Capitol Hoops has grown exponentially in both the media and event management department. Capitol Hoops has seven big events that they run or collaborate to run, and new events and ideas are always in the works.

Andrew has been with Capitol Hoops since 2018, working as the lead videographer as well as handling social media content and web administration . Andrew is a former BCC High School and University of Maryland student with a passion for sports and technology. Andrew is also the Varsity Baseball Coach at BCC High School.

Anthony has been with Capitol Hoops since 2019 as a videographer and manager. Anthony is a graduate of Georgetown Prep and Syracuse University and has a strong passion for DMV Hoops through his own playing career at Prep. Anthony helped run the 2021 Capitol Hoops Summer league. Anthony also works for Team 980 Radio.

Max is currently a Senior at the University of Maryland and began working with Capitol Hoops at the 2019 Capitol Hoops Summer League at DeMatha. Max helps run both the Capitol Hoops IG and Twitter pages.
