Four score 17+ as B-CC Hangs Crooked Number on Quince Orchard 1/10/2018
The last time QO allowed 79+ points was … we actually don’t know. After looking through records it appears the most points the Cougars have allowed since the 2011-12 season was 75 to Magruder in the 11-12 season. Records from prior to that weren’t accessible. B-CC shot 60.4% from the field and 63.5% from three point range and had four players score 17+ as B-CC beat the defending Maryland 4A west champs 79-62.
Elijah Wood and Kevin McAuliffe scored 18 each while Thomas Baer and Miles English scored 17 each for the Barons.
QO was led by Daniel Dorsey and Niko Brown who scored 18 each. All 18 of Brown’s points came in the first half when he didn’t miss a FG or a FT. It was a career high for the point guard.
