Many have voiced that DeMatha Gonzaga is the best high school basketball rivalry in the country.  Not in the DMV, not on the east coast, but in the country.  Well, it appears that ESPN is on board because they just announced that they will be airing the second game between these two rivals on Friday, February 10th on DeMatha’s home floor.

With last night’s Gonzaga/Patterson being aired on Comcast, and DeMatha game vs Bishop Gorman being televised on ESPN yesterday it appears that the leading sports network in our country is starting to really pick up on DMV basketball and that we can no longer call it the DMV’s “best kept secret”.
