Tyler Nixon leads Pocomoke over Clear Spring in 2016 MD 1A semifinal 3/11/2016

5’5″ point guard Tyler Nixon (#10) led the warriors with 31 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 9 steals, and zero turnovers.  Pocomoke got off to a sizzling start, as they built a 20 point lead early in the 2nd quarter. In a game that saw 52 personal fouls called and 75 free throws attempted it was difficult to get any type of flow established in the game. Clear Spring super-star, Army Commit Spencer Schultz (#1) arguably had the best individual game in the entire tournament.  He went off for 34 points (7-18 FG, 19-23 FTs), 16 rebounds (7 offensive), and 3 blocked shots … but it wasn’t enough.
